We look for the following from our professional drivers:

  • CDL Class A License (one year preferred)

  • Clean Driving Record

  • Customer Focused Mindset

  • Punctual and Reliable

  • Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision

  • Superior Communication Skills

  • Positive Attitude

  • Ability to Bend, Stretch and Lift up to 60 Pounds

  • Bulker Experience Preferred (not required)

  • Understanding of the Cement/Concrete Business a Plus
